مقدمة :

مما لا شك فيه أن العصر الذي نعيشه هو عصر التقنية الحديثة, حيث ساد العالم ثورة من النشاط التقني القائم على نشاط علمي مكثف, يسعى للسيطرة على العالم و يدفع الإنسان لاستخدام كل ما هو حديث و غير متوقع في عالم التقنية. لذا, يجب على المجتمعات العربية أن تشارك فعلياً في صناعة تلك التقنية, و أن تضع بصمة في عالم يبحر في عصر التقنية الحديثة. و هذا ما تعمل مجموعة ياكاي على تحقيقه في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة, كأول شركة إماراتية تسعى للنهوص بالصناعات الوطنية في مجال التقنية العصرية.

نبذة عن الشركة:

مجموعة ياكاي هي نتاج اتحاد مجموعة متميزة من أقوى الشركات الرائدة في مجال التقنية. فهي تقوم بإنتاج أجهزة وطنية مئة بالمئة, تسعى بها لتحقيق طفرة في صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة, كما تخطط للمساهمة في خلق اقتصاد إماراتي قوي قادر على المنافسة في الأسواق العالمية. لذا فإن مجموعة ياكاي هي النافذة التي يمكن من خلالها الاطلاع على أرفع درجات التقنية المتقدمة. فكل ما سعى إليه الاتحاد المثمر بين الشركات الخمس في مجال التقنية الحديثة , هو خلق كوادر بشرية و أجهزة وطنية تستطيع أن تلحق بركاب الأسواق العالمية.

تتعدد صناعات ياكاي لتشمل جميع الأجهزة التقنية المتطورة و التي بدورها ستحقق انقلاب في التقدم التقني. بداية من شاشات البلازما بأحجامها المختلفة, المسرح المنزلي , و أجهزة الحاسب الآلي إلى ما هو أبعد و أهم من ذلك مثل صناعة كل ما يختص بالطاقة الشمسية.

و إذا تسائل البعض ما هو الجديد عند مجموعة ياكاي إذا كانت تلك الأجهزة قد تم تصنيعا من قبل , سيتطرق بنا الأمر للحديث عما يميز ياكاي عن غيرها .... فنحن نقوم بصناعة تلك الأجهزة التقنية بخامات إماراتية وطنية, هادفين من ذلك ترويج سلع تحمل شعار"صنع في الإمارات". و قد اختارات ياكاي دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لتفيذ تلك المشروع لأنها وجدت الإمارات أرضاً خصبة ترحب بكل ما هو جديد و كل ما يدفع للتقدم و التطور, فلأرض التي تحمل فوقها رجالا ذوهدف و إرادة و طموح تستطيع أن تحقق ثورة في عالم هاجسه الأول هو التقدم التقني. فنحن لم نجئ بهدف وضع الإمارات على خرطة التقدم التكنولوجي , هذا قد تم بالفعل من قبل أصحابها و ما قدموه لهذه البلاد, بل كل ما نسعى إليه هو إضافة شيء جديد يميز الإمارات عن غيرها من الدول التي تستقبل دون ان تنتج, و إبراز الجانب التقني الذي تحظى به للعالم أجمع.

يتجه العالم نحو التقدم الملحوظ في كافة مجالات الحياة , خاصة تلك التي ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بمجال التقنية العصرية. وهذا ما أدركت أهميته مجموعة ياكاي, حيث اتخذت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة قاعدة لصناعة التقنية العصرية.فهي لا تنافس غيرها من الشركات, بل تبدع و تتميز في الخدمات.

تحت شعار "صنع في الإمارات" تم الاحتفال بالعرض التعريفي و الافتتاحي للشركة الوطنية

 ياكاي لتجارة الأجهزة الالكترونية و الكهربائية", كان ذلك يوم الاثنين الموافق 20-10-2008. تختص شركة ياكاي في تجارة الأجهزة الوطنية من شاشات بلازما و المسرح المنزلي و كل مستلزمات الحاسب الالي و القيام بصناعة و تركيب المنتج المحلي و توفير الصيانة اللازمة له. كما تتعدد نشاطات الشركة لتشمل إنشاء معهد تدريبي يختص بكيفية صناعة و تركيب و صيانة الأجهزة الالكترونية.

حضر الحفل كلا من سعادة وكيل وزارة التجارة الخارجية , و اصحاب السعادة / سفراء  الدول المعتمدين لدى الدولة  و الملحقين التجاريين لهم  . و كبار رجال الاعمال  و ممثلى الشركات والصحافة 

 و قد قام السيد رئيس مجلس الإداراة بإلقاء كلمته على الحضور و تلاه نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة بالترحيب بالضيوف و عرض رؤية الشركة وانشطتها المختلفة  نشاطات الشركة المختلفة

في بادئ ذي بدء اتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لكم

 على دعمكم المعنوي لنا من خلال تشريفكم لهذا اللقاء التعريفي بشركتنا الوطنية شركة (ياكاي لتجارة الأجهزة الكهربائية و الالكترونية)

إن التطور السريع الذي تشهده دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة في المجالات المختلفة و خاصة المجال الاقتصادي يجعل منها منطقة جاذبة للاستثمار الداخلي و الخارجي و لهذا دعت حكومتنا الرشيدة بقيادة أحمد  رئيس الدولة و نائبه صاحب السمو الشيخ علي  و إخوانهم أصحاب السمو  – حفظهم الله -  إلى ضرورة قيام مبادرات وطنية تواكب التطور المحلي و النهوض به نحو العالمية في كافة المجالات بما يخدم مصالحنا الوطنية.

و تعتبر الصناعة المحلية رافدا اقتصاديا هاما في الوقت الراهن خاصة و أن الصناعة الإماراتية أصبحت تتميز بالجودة العالية و استطاعت التواجد في الأسواق الإقليمية و منافسة الأسواق العالمية, لذلك كان هذا دافع قوي لنا لإعداد و تنفيذ مشروع شركتنا حيث بدأنا الإعداد و الدراسة له منذ سنة و نصف حول جدوى المشروع و أهميته سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الإقليمي بحيث يبقى شعار – صنع في الإمارات – مشاركة وطنية تساهم في النهضة الإقتصادية بدولة الإمارات.

و مشروعنا الوطني هذا هو وليد المناخ الاستثماري المتميز في دولتنا الحبيبة و هذه نبذه مختصرة عن شركتنا :

شركة ياكاي شركة وطنية لتصنيع و تجارة الأجهزة الكهربائية و الإلكترونية

موقعها الرئيسي بإمارة ابوظبي, خطتها الاستراتيجية تقوم علىا انشاء ثلاثة مصانع تركيب, بحيث يتم شراء المواد الخام من السوق المحلي و تصنيعه بنسبة 65% - 70% من المنتوج و تبقى النسبة الأخرى لاستيرادها من الخارج.

و بتقنيات ذات مستوى عال من الجوده نسعى من خلال ذلك إلى التنوع في الصناعة الوطنية و المساهمة في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني و تطويره في ظل التحديات الاقنصادية العالمية و تلبية احتياجات السوق المحلي و توسيع قاعدتنا مستقبلا للتواجد في الأسواق الخليجية و العربية و العالمية.

و من أهدافنا أيضا استثمار العنصر البشري بدولة الامارات للدخول في عالم الالكترونيات و الكهربائيات من خلال انشاء معهد تقني و استقطاب أفضل الخبرات العالمية في مجال التكنولوجيا و ذلك بهدف عمل موازنة بين التطور التقني و البشري في آن واحد و سنسعى من خلاله لاستقطاب و تشجيع المواطنين على انتهاز مثل تلك الفرص للتدريب و النمو معا في مجال التقنيات و التكنولوجيا بصفة عامة.

'First of all, I would like to thank you very much for your moral support and your honored presence to this national inaugural meeting for our company which is (YAKAY for electrical appliance and electronic trading).

 

The rapid growth and development witnessed in the UAE in various fields, especially in the economic area, renders it a highly attracted place for the domestic and external investment. Thanks to our good government which is led by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zaid Al Nahyan, the president of the country and the Deputy head of the country  Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid al Maktoom and their brothers - God save them – as they found it necessary to launch national initiatives which go in a line with the national and local developments and advancements in all fields to serve our national interests.

 

the local industry is considered a very important economic source at the present time in particular as the emirate industries are characterized by high qualities and have its unique presence in the regional markets and even more, have a place in the global market competition, so this was a strong motivation for us to prepare and implement our project. It was before a year and half when we started our preparation and study on the feasibility of the project and its importance both on the local and regional level. So that the slogan - Made in UAE –will be a national participation and contribution to the economic boom in the United Arab Emirates.

 

And this national project is the out come of the excellent investment climate in our beloved country.

And here is a brief synopsis of our company:

YAKAY is a national company specialized in the manufacture and the trade of electronic and electrical appliances and devices.
The main location of the company is in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The strategic plan of the company lies in  the establishments of three factories

Where the purchase of the raw materials will be from the local market and the manufacturing will be in about from 65% to 70% of the product, and the remaining percentage will be imported from abroad.
We manufacture new techniques with a high level of quality, seeking for diversity and uniqueness in the national industry and the contribution in the development of the national economy to be able to face the economic challenges in the world. In addition to that, we are planning to meet the local market needs and to expand our future base to have a place in the gulf, Arab and global markets.

We also have another investment which is that of our human race. We firmly believe that giving our attention to the human fortune will help us entering the global market. This will be through the establishment of the technical Institute, and the assistance of the best international expertise in technology in order to balance the technical and human development at the same time. We will seek to attract and encourage people to seize such opportunities for training and development in the modern technical level.
In conclusion, I wish that this project will meet your expectations, and may GOD help us all.

يكاي:

هو جهاز إداري يشمل إدارة مصانع وطنية اتحدت من أجل هدف واحد و هو المنتج الوطني الذي يلبي كافة الاحتياجات للأفراد و الشركات و المؤسسات الحكومية و شبه الحكومية و غيرها داخل و خارج الدولة.

يكاي مقسمة لأربع أقسام :

  أولا :   التصنيع 

  و يشمل إدارة خطوط الانتاج من مواد أولية إلى منتج كامل قابل للاستخدام.و تتنوع منتجات ياكاي بداية من الأجهزة المكتبية  الرقمية إلى شاشات مسطحة بكل أحجامها.

 ثانيا :    التسويق :

طريقة معاصرة في تقديم منتجاتنا في الأسواق الداخلية و الخارجية بوسائل معاصرة

 ثالثا :  الدعم الفني

و هذا ما تتميز به ياكاي عن طريق تأمين الدعم الفني و التقني لجميع منتجاتنا على مدار     الساعة عن طريق فريق ذو خبرة تقنية عالية تسمح للمستهلك أن يطمئن لاستخدام أجهزة ياكاي دون تردد.

 رابعا :  المعهد التقني

و هي سياسة اتخذتها ياكاي من أجل إعداد جيل وطني تقني يستغنى عن استيراد التكنولوجيا من الدول الأخرى. و يشمل هذا المعهد على مختلف الدورات التدريبية بداية من كيفية استخدام الأجهزة إلى طرق تصنيعها و صيانتها, كما يتم تدريب الطالب عمليا في مصانع ياكاي.

خطة عملنا :

 و هي التخطيط لطرح منتجاتنا في الأسواق المحلية قبل نهاية 2008فياكاي ليست بعملية تحدي أو منافسة لغيرها من الشركات, بل هي عرض قدرات إماراتية تقدم العديد من الخدمات للأفراد و الشركات و تفكر بأفكار محلية غير مستوردة.فاليوم نقول ... نعم للصناعة الوطنية  التي هي أساس ازدهار الدول و الحضارات , و لنترك بصمة في عالم الصناعة التقنية العالمية. لذلك, لن نحصر أنفسنا في جداول و أرقام مبيعات تعطينا وجه تجاري محض, بل نحن أكثر من هذا لأننا نفكر في غدا , حين يباع منتجنا الوطني خارج الوطن العربي لنصل به إلي أفريقيا و أوروبا و أمريكا.و لتحقيق كل ما نطمح إليه, جعلنا بداية مشروعنا في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة و من عاصمتها أبوظبي التي ستكون نقطة انطلاقنا.

First of all, I would like to welcome The chairman of the board, The Board members , And the Ladies and gentlemen guests

I thank you for accepting my invitation and we hope God to help us in providing whatever is new, creative and national.

New: in the type and quality of our products and services.

Creative ... It is the innovation and the implementation of all means to achieve progress and convenient life adopting new and modern ways which go in a line with the advanced technology.

National: It is the title of our products and the locally produced ideas which is becoming true through the national UAE hands.

YAKAY

      It's an administrative system consisting of the management of several factories which have been united under one goal which is the national product. It aims at meeting the requirements of the individuals, companies and government institutions, and the other institutions within and outside the country.

  YAKAY is divided into 4 parts:

First: Manufacturing

  which consists of the management of the production lines beginning from the raw material to the final product. YAKAY products vary, as it combines products beginning from the desktop digital needs to the flat screens in all sizes.

 Second: Marketing

  we adopt contemporary ways in directing the market of our products either in the domestic scale or the foreign one.

 Third: Technical Support

   what distinguishes YAKAY is the ensuring of the technical support for the customers for all of our products 24 hours. The customers will deal with a highly experienced team of a high technical expertise, the thing which allows the consumer to assure the use of YAKAY without hesitation.

 

  Fourth: Technical Institute

The main target of this project is the preparation for a new national generation who will be able to produce whatever distinguished and unique in the world of technology without importing these devices from the other countries.

       This institute includes variable and different training courses, beginning from the way of using the product to the methods of manufacture and maintenance. In addition, the students have the right to be trained practically in YAKAY's factories.      

Our plan:   We are planning to launch our products in local markets before the end of 2008

YAKAY is not a challenge or compete with other companies, but it is the presentation of the Emirate capabilities to provide many services for individuals and companies and to think of in a national and local ways which is not imported.

  Today we say ... Yes to the national industries that are the basis for the prosperity of countries and civilizations, and let us have a space in the world of high-tech industry. Therefore, we would not limit ourselves in the schedules and sales figures which give us a purely commercial image, but we are more than that because we think about tomorrow, when our local product will be sold outside the Arab countries to reach Africa, Europe and America.

  And to achieve all that we aspire to, we start our project in the United Arab Emirates especially from the capital Abu Dhabi that will be the base to set off our journey.
